Life Fitness Physical Therapy Owings Mills is located in the McDonogh Crossroads (Lifebridge Health) medical building on the corner of Reistertown Road and Crossroads Drive. Our office is in the building facing Reistertown. Both lot and Garage parking is available. Our Owings Mills physical therapy clinic is a direct access provider – meaning that you may not need a physician’s referral in order to come in for an initial evaluation. Getting to know our Owings Mills Clinic Director

Audra Stern, MPT
Audra is a physical therapist and the director of the Owings Mills clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and her Masters in Physical Therapy from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Rutgers University. Audra has been practicing physical therapy since 2000 with most of her experience in the private outpatient physical therapy setting. She specializes in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Vestibular and Balance Disorders, and has advanced education in manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, treatment of the pregnant and post-partum client, and post surgical rehabilitation. Audra is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as well as the Vestibular Disorders Association (VEDA). When not at work she enjoys kayaking, yoga, and hiking with her family and labradoodle Zoey.
