Life Fitness Physical Therapy Towson East is located in the Radio Park Shopping Center on the corner of East Joppa and Lasalie Road.  We are in the same building as ChoiceOne Urgent Care. Our Towson East physical therapy clinic is a direct access provider – meaning that you may not need a physician’s referral in order to come in for an initial evaluation. Getting to know our Towson East Clinic Director

Kelly Tarr, DPT
Kelly is the regional director and a treating therapist at the Towson East location since 2011. Kelly graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Theology and Biology. She then got her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland. She has had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients including pediatric patients, as well as adults with both neurological and orthopedic pathologies including headaches. Kelly strives to make each patient’s physical therapy plan of care unique to their special needs and ensures that each patient is an active participant in that plan of care. In her free time, she enjoys salsa dancing, reading, and traveling. She is fluent in Spanish and has been able to treat patients in both English and Spanish.
