Lot parking is available. Our Ellicott City physical therapy clinic is a direct access provider – meaning that you may not need a physician’s referral in order to come in for an initial evaluation. Getting to know our Ellicott City Clinic Director

Rachel Kyprianou, DPT, OCS, CMTPT

Rachel has been with Life Fitness Physical Therapy since October of 2016. She has been the Director of the Ellicott City clinic since February of 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University. Rachel has been working as a physical therapist since graduation in 2013 with all of her experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy. She completed an American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE) credentialed orthopedic residency program. Additionally, Rachel is an Orthopedic Clinic Specialist and is Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT), and is a dry needling (DN) specialist.  She is also trained in the McKenzie program.
