Life Fitness Physical Therapy Catonsville is located off of Wilkens Avenue in the Caton Crossroads Professional Center – Directly across the street from Saint Agnes Healthcare. We are on the third floor and lot parking is available behind the building. Our Catonsville physical therapy clinic is a direct access provider – meaning that you may not need a physician’s referral in order to come in for an initial evaluation. Being in such close proximity to the hospital we do offer initial evaluations within 48 hours of the request. Please call our clinic for more information or to schedule an appointment. Getting to know our Catonsville Clinic Director

Kristen McMahon PT, DPT, Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Kristen has been the director of Life Fitness Physical Therapy since February 2019. She went to Gettysburg College for her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences, where she also enjoyed playing rugby. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2014. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of patient populations, including pediatrics, adults with neurological and orthopedic issues, as well as professional athletes. In 2020, Kristen became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys reading, hiking with her dog, and participating in CrossFit competitions with her friends.
